KettleHouse Amphitheater Information

No one could have expected what would have come out when the owners of The Wilma and Top Hat Lounge and KettleHouse Brewing teamed up to create Logjam Presents. This Missoula-based promoter wanted to create a space to further the arts and music scene in Montana and develop what would become The KettleHouse Amp. This brand new 4,000-capacity outdoor venue is the first of its kind in the state, with a gorgeous location alongside the Blackfoot River in Bonner, Montana, just seven-miles outside of Missoula.

The venue, which was originally projected to be completed in May of 2017, is also located adjacent to a new state-of-the-art brewery. It includes a permanent stage, various seating sections including a standing pit, reserved seating, and general admission lawn seating. And all while keeping a stunning view of the nearby mountains.

But what is it that makes KettleHouse Amp stand out? Besides its location and standing as the only outdoor music venue of its type in the state, it’s also got a design that promotes legendary performances.

To start, consider that the venue has a world-class L’ Acoustic K2 sound system. This allows the stage to deliver some of the crispest sounds imaginable, which makes it stand up to even the best of the best in larger or more traditional amphitheaters. On top of this, the venue has been designed with a carefully engineered acoustics setup to allow the music to spread far and wide so no matter where you are in the audience, you’ll have the same thrills of hot music coming your way. It’s also got sharp sightlines to the stage whether you’re in the pit or sitting on te law.

Logjam Presents is a Missoula-based promoter that manages Missoula’s venues, The Wilma and Top Hat Lounge. They are the current owners of the KettleHouse Amphitheater as well as its exclusive promoter and manager. This collaboration has come with a commitment to giving back to the community by offering a unique space for several local not-for-profit organizations.

In fact, since the company formed, Logjam Presnets has contributed over $500,000 in cash donations to local not-for-profits and have partnered with these groups for countless events including girls rock camps, master classes at local public schools, shows that feature a variety of artists, community storytelling events, and many fundraisers.

ZACC is a Missoula-based not-for-profit that offers arts education for students of all ages, as well as working towards sustainable community development. It also emphasizes and promotes accessible life-enriching art experiences for Missoula-residents and visitors alike.

This organization connects the community through the method of personal storytelling. It celebrates our individuality and gives participants a space to express their lives, thoughts, and experiences through the medium of personal stories told in 10 minute sessions from memory. Best of all, every event has a theme encouraging self-reflection from participants.
